As many of our wooden products are individually handcrafted, there may at times be a delay in availability while we commission our craftsmen to make an ordered item. In addition, due to demand at times exceeding our stock supplies, we may sometimes need to place certain goods on back order. We will advise you at the time of ordering if there is any delay in availability and you are assured that no back orders will be sent out without obtaining your prior approval. If you need an item by a certain date please advise when ordering so that we can let you know if there is any difficulty in meeting your deadline.
